STEPS TO FIX THE PROBLEM


1. Run the Microsoft Windows XP SP2 HotFix Q884020 supplied, and agree to everything, and restart when prompted
2. Run the file called FixReg.reg by clicking on it.
3. Restart your computer

Important Notes!!

To reverse the change do this:

1. Go to Start and then Run
2. Type regedit in space provided
3. Navigate through the registry and find the path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IPSec


Right click on the following key and Delete it to reverse the changes

"AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule"=dword:00000002
